To ensure a fair and sustainable earning environment for all members, GrabCoint enforces a strict "One Member, One Account" policy. You may not create more than one account per household, IP address, or person. Any member found operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently closed and any pending earnings forfeited without notice.
The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Proxies, Anonymizers, or any automated scripts/bots is strictly prohibited on GrabCoint. Our platform is built on real human engagement. If our security system detects any attempt to mask your identity or automate task completions, your account will be suspended immediately. You must use a residential or mobile ISP connection at all times.
Earnings (Coints) are credited to your account after verification by our third-party offerwall providers. While we strive to process rewards as quickly as possible, GrabCoint is not responsible if a provider refuses to credit a task due to incomplete requirements, VPN usage, or fraudulent activity. All decisions made by offerwall providers regarding task completion are final.
Minimum payout thresholds and processing times are clearly stated in the Withdrawal section. Payments are sent to the verified payment address provided by you. We reserve the right to audit any account for 24-72 hours prior to releasing funds to ensure all tasks were completed fairly. Any account flagged for suspicious activity will remain on hold until a full review is completed.
We encourage sharing GrabCoint with others! However, "Brand Bidding" or using our trademarked terms (e.g., GrabCoint, GrabCoint.com) in paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized use of our brand name for personal traffic generation will result in the loss of all referrals and permanent account closure.
To minimize administrative overhead, accounts that have not been logged into for more than 90 consecutive days will be considered dormant. GrabCoint reserves the right to close dormant accounts and expire any unused balances.
GrabCoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. These Terms of Service are governed by international commerce standards and the laws applicable to online service providers.
