1. How does this work?

GrabCoint is a FREE membership rewards site. We have partnered with many market research companies who are looking for your opinion on new products or would like you to be a member of their website. In return for your time and participation, you will earn points which you can redeem for brand name gift cards, online game codes, items and PayPal cash!

2. How much will this cost me?

Nothing! Membership and usage of is absolutely free. 

3. Where do I get help?

4. What if I'm not from the US, UK, CA, or AU?

You can still use Prize Rebel to receive great rewards! We don't have surveys for all countries but you can earn points from completing offer wallspaid to signup offerview ads, video ads and gaining referrals

5. Where can I change my account info?

To update any account information such as, email, password, notifications, or address, please visit your My Account page.

6. Will I be spammed if I provide my information?

Absolutely not! We hate spam just as much as you do. Your information is only used for reward shipment and to send you important information regarding your account. If you do submit your email or address for a specific survey, they will also have a disclaimer letting you know how your information will be used and if you would like to opt in for a follow-up survey.

7. How do I provide my information for shipping rewards/PayPal?

You can update your shipping address and PayPal email in your My Account page.

8. Help! I'm having trouble resetting my password

If you are having trouble resetting your password, we can help you. 


First, make sure you visit our Forgot Password page to reset your password. In some cases, the email may have been sent to your junk/spam inbox so make sure to check for a message from us after 5-10 minutes after requesting. You may also not receive a reset password if the email you have entered is not tied to an account on

If you have still not received a password reset email, please reach out to our support team by letting them know the login email address associated with your account. 

9. What are Coint?

You can earn coint by completing various tasks and activities on our website. Once you have accumulated enough coint, you can redeem for great rewards through our rewards catalog! You can see your current coint balance at the top right portion of the navigation bar.

11. How Do I Redeem for Paypal?


Choosing PayPal is a great choice for redeeming cashback for Rewards; however, the first time can cause some confusion.  This will help guide you on how to make sure your PayPal account is setup correctly to receive funds from ySense. There are 3 things you must do:


#1  YOUR NAME. Your First and Last Name on ySense MUST MATCH EXACTLY Your First and Last Name on your Paypal Account.

This where you can see your Paypal Name. Make sure it matches how you entered it on ySense. If they don't match, you need to edit them to make them match.



#2  YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Your ySense email MUST MATCH your Paypal email address.

If you don't see your ySense email listed (see flashing circle below), you will need to add the email you use for ySense. You can add more than 1 email to PayPal, so don't worry.




Yes, for your safety we need to make sure we are depositing funds into the right account. This is usually the step that most users get stuck on, but don't worry it's easy enough to figure out.

Your Paypal account needs to show a status: "Confirmed" after you link it your bank account (See the image below for what it looks like)

If you don't have a bank account added (and confirmed), you will need to click on the 'Link your bank account' option in Paypal and follow those steps.  This may take a few days on their end as they have their own verification process. When I did it, they deposited a few pennies in my bank account and I had to confirm the exact amount the next day.



After you have reviewed and fixed these 3 PayPal requirements the first time, receiving rewards is effortless moving forward. If you need more assistance, you can always reach out to Customer Support for more help.

12. When and how will I get paid (Cashout)?

Your earnings will be sent by your method of choice provided that some conditions are met as shown on the table below. All funds are in US Dollars.

Electronic cashouts (Payoneer, PayPal, Skrill) are processed every couple of days. Your cashout will be entered in the pending queue to be processed and will be done in the order it's received usually within 5 to 7 business days. It may be longer depending on many circumstances. All new accounts that request a cashout may be delayed up to 15 business days from the date the cashout was submitted. This is necessary in case of any fraudulent activity. New accounts are defined as those registered within the last 30 days or this is your first cashout.

 In order to protect the integrity of our system, members from North America (USA and Canada) are required to have their postal address verified before they are eligible for electronic cashouts (Payoneer, PayPal, Skrill). 

 To request a payment click on the link "Cashout" that will be made available on your account summary page next to your account balance. This link will only be available once you have reached the minimum cashout amount. You are allowed to cash out two times per day.
